Once you sign this form, you will be directed to your class registration.

Statement of Faith

  • We believe the Bible to be the inspired and only infallible, authoritative Word of God.
  • We believe in six literal days of creation as explained in Genesis.
  • We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
  • We believe in the deity of Christ, in His Virgin Birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of God, and in His personal return in power and glory.
  • We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful humanity, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is essential and that repentance from sin and acceptance of Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior is the only way to come into a relationship with God.
  • We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost: they who are saved unto the resurrection of life, and they who are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
We believe the human race was created as male and female by a direct act of God to fully reveal His image.
  • We believe marriage is a sacred covenantal union between a man and a woman that limits sexual relations to monogamous, heterosexual marriage. (Genesis 2:24)
  • We believe that the solemnizing of a marriage between men and women of the same sex is contrary to the Word of God and is a sin before God. (Romans 1:21-27)

Dress & Safety Code

  • I agree to come to class prepared with necessary supplies, completed homework, and an attitude ready to learn and participate.
  • I agree to do my personal best in all of my classes, working as unto the Lord.

Parent Agreement

  • I agree with the Veritas student agreement above and will guide my child’s participation on campus each Wednesday.
  • I am committed to working in a cooperative manner through issues and concerns.
I understand that as the homeschool parent I am my child’s teacher and will decide what and how much homework is suitable for my child. I commit to staying updated on what is happening in my child’s class and agree to communicate with my child’s teacher as needed.
  • I agree to commit to my co-op assignment (unless I have paid the drop off fee) each week and will be responsible for finding a replacement if I cannot be there.  I understand that others depend on this commitment.
  • I understand that Veritas Christian is not a “school” and is therefore not responsible for transcripts, cumulative files, or other such records.  I understand that it is my responsibility to enroll my child in a PSP, charter school, or file my own homeschool affidavit with the state of California.  I understand that all record keeping is my responsibility.
  • I have read and understood the Tuition and Fees Statement for the current year and agree with it in order to be registered and hold our seat in classes.
  • I understand that if issues arise concerning my student, the directors of Veritas will have an obligation to determine how the situation will be handled. Registration and attendance is a privilege that can be denied.

Tuition and Fees Statement

All tuition is due in full when you register for classes.  However, if you wish to spread the cost of tuition over several months, you have the option of a payment plan.

ALL registrations are “ON HOLD” until payment is made.

Please Note: Failure to attend a full semester does not absolve registrants from their financial obligations to Veritas.

Registration Fee Per Family Per Year:

  • Nonrefundable
  • $125 for new families
  • $100 for returning families
(returning families are families that are registered for a concurrent semester)

Pay-in-Full Option:

  • Registration and tuition due 7 days after registration
  • Nonrefundable after the 2nd Wednesday of the class semester schedule

Payment Plan Option:

  • $25 processing fee due at the time of registration
  • $15 late charge for every late payment

  • Payment dates will be on invoice and responsibility of the registrant to keep track of due dates
  • Nonrefundable after the 2nd Wednesday of the class semester schedule

ALL 1st-semester payment plans must be paid in full by October 1st
ALL 2nd-semester payment plans must be paid in full by March 1st.

Co-op Assignment Duties:  As we are a cooperative, working together is what keeps us functioning.  One parent from each family is required to help fulfill co-op duties on campus.  Most of the duties involve being a parent helper to a teacher in one or two classes.  Over the summer, teachers may be contacting parents of registered students in order to find class helpers.  Those who do not have a volunteer position by August 30th will be assigned a position unless they have opted to drop off their student for the day.

  • One to two hours of helping
  • $50 “drop off fee”  for each additional student (Add this to your registration when you register online)

**Some Co-op Assignments are more involved and may require time off-campus, for these bigger assignments, we offer discounts to help offset tuition.  These assignments are limited, if you are interested in one of these let us know!

Drop off arrangements:  Though we encourage parents to be on campus, we realize that this is not always possible.  Please be on time to pick up your student.

  • Students must be 12 years old and older.
  • Parents agree to pick up their students no later than 3:15 pm (unless it’s a class that ends at 3:30 then the time will be 3:45 pm
  • $10 late fee applies to late pickups

Nursery & Preschool:  We do not offer a nursery or preschool at this time. All young children must remain with a parent.  When you register, please let us know if you will be bringing a little one, we need to have completed medical release forms on file for every child on campus.

Class Fees: The price for classes are shown on the class schedule and are per semester, per student. When you enroll a student in more than two classes the price drops $10 for each class you add.

For example:  If your 1st & 2nd classes were $120 each then

  • 3rd class would be $110.
  • 4th class would be $100.
  • 5th class would be $90 …a total savings of $60!

A Note About Grades:  Grade reports will be issued for all core classes for 7th grade and up.  You will receive these reports after each quarter from the class teacher.  Remember: You remain the primary teacher.

Teaching:  We realize the costs of co-op classes for a family can be daunting.  Prayerfully consider the possibility of teaching to help offset tuition.  You decide what class you want to offer and how you want to teach.
